We have a transracial family, built through adoption. We would like our children to grow up with peers who are also adopted transracially. We have monthly gatherings, family meals and outings, where we build lasting friendships and support one another through the joys and challenges unique (as well as not-so-unique) to families built through transracial adoption.

Celebrate Adoption Network came from a desire of several parents to link with other adoptive families throughout the year. It is anticipated that a rich camaraderie will result where adoption and cultural experiences are shared. Our plan is to meet in various parts of the greater Metro Denver area and to center each activity and learning experience on a different culture. Hapa is a Hawaiian language term used to describe a person of mixed Asian or Pacific Islander racial or ethnic heritage. Meet with other local mixed race/hapa men and women for friendship and fun.
